COVID-19 Service Update
During this unprecedented time, we at Beep want you to know that we have taken a conscious approach to ensure our service encompasses only the highest standards of safety. . We are aware there are a number of precautions you will expect the next time you get onboard.
We are steadfast in our commitment to making sure your experience is a safe and enjoyable one. To that end, you’ll see we have taken into account the guidelines and recommendations from our federal, state, and local leaders, but we also went well beyond to take extra levels of care and precaution.
We also dedicated a team to establish and implement the best practices from leading transit agencies and ride-sharing services which will further enhance our service. Every new protocol and procedure we implement will always have the safety of our attendants, passengers, and community in mind.
Here’s What You Can Expect
Thank you for riding our autonomous shuttle service. As a passenger, it important to note there are inherent risks and responsibilities when riding this new innovative mode of transportation, which include, but are not limited to, personal injury, property damage, or other loss arising out of your use. Beep’s top priority is safety during the planning, deployment, and management of the service. However, each rider understands and agrees that Beep, the owner and operator of this vehicle, shall not be responsible for any loss, injuries, or damages arising out of rider’s use while utilizing the service. We look forward to seeing you on our shuttles as we connect your community in the first-mile and last-mile of your trip.
