Service area

You can see our current service area on the map below.

The service area is limited in the north a little beyond "Ring 3." Whereas in the past a trip south of the river Elbe was not possible, we have also been operating in Wilhelmsburg since 2023. To the west, we have integrated parts of Schnelsen, Lurup, and Osdorf. Eastward restrictions are Rahlstedt, Jenfeld, and Billstedt.

Airport service in Hamburg

Hamburg Airport lies within our service area in Hamburg. For rides to or from the airport, Beep will add a small extra fee, prices will therefore be slightly higher than for regular rides in the city.

Why don't you operate outside the city area?

Due to our concession‚ i.e. the permission from the city to offer our mobility service, we can only transport you within the city area.

In Hamburg, the entire city area cannot yet be completely served due to our current capacities, but we are gradually expanding. In Hamburg it is possible to travel to the airport within the service area. It remains to be seen whether we may also transport you to the surrounding area in the future.

In Hamburg you will be driven in our Beep vehicles, which were developed especially for ridesharing.

Since 2023, we also have 15 wheelchair accessible Beep vehicles included in our fleet.

Our wheelchair accessible vehicles

In Hamburg you will be driven in our Beep vehicles, developed especially for ridesharing. Since 2023, we have 15 wheelchair accessible Beep vehicles in our fleet in Hamburg.

• 5 passengers + driver, or
• 1 wheelchair user + up to 3 additional passengers + driver
